These SMS Terms of Service (“SMS Terms”) govern your use of text messaging services provided by Dr. Susan Block Institute, operated by Lomami Ventures LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you agree to these SMS Terms and to receive text messages as described below.
The Dr. Susan Block Institute SMS service is a two-way conversational messaging program that connects clients with their assigned therapist through a private relay phone number. Messages route between you and your therapist without exposing either party’s personal phone number. Messages may include session reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and conversational follow-ups from your therapist.
You opt in to the SMS program when you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages — either verbally during booking with our staff, or in writing on our booking form at drsusanblockinstitute.com. Our staff then connects you to your assigned therapist through the relay number.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with your assigned therapist. Most clients receive between 1 and 10 messages per active service period.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Please check with your mobile carrier for details on your plan.
You may opt out of the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. You will receive a final confirmation message and will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt back in. To opt back in, reply START.
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at drsusanblockinstitute.com. We will respond with information about the program and how to contact us.
This program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and US Cellular. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your mobile phone number and any consent information are used only for client-therapist communication through our relay number. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile information or consent data to any third parties for marketing or any other purpose. For full details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, please see our Privacy Policy.
We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
If you have questions about these SMS Terms or our text messaging practices, please contact us at drsusanblockinstitute.com.
