      The hourly rates for most of our other therapists is $240 per hour, but you are only billed for the therapy time you use.

      The rate to talk with Dr. Block is $270 per hour. Some of our celebrity phone sex therapists are the same rate.

      Since many of our clients do not wish to speak for a full hour, for financial reasons, time constraints or perhaps they just have a simple question, we also bill by the minute. So that’s $4.50 per minute to talk with Dr. Block, and $4.00 per minute for one of our other therapists, with the minimum session being $48 for 12 minutes.

      Our Webcam Sex Therapy service is $5.00 per minute, also with a 12-minute minimum.

      OUR PRIVACY POLICY: The Dr. Susan Block Institute provides you with no-hack security.

      Rates & Financial Considerations

      Most of our therapists are $241 per hour for telephone sex therapy — and you only pay for the time you talk. Dr. Susan Block’s sessions (telephone sex therapy, life coaching by phone, erotic hypnosis and relationship counseling by phone) are $271 per hour.

      Prefer to pay by the minute? It’s $4/minute with one of our therapists or $4.50/minute with Dr. Block — a 12-minute minimum ($49). Webcam Sex Therapy is $5.00 per minute (12-minute minimum, about $301/hour), plus a $1 processing fee. You’re only ever charged for the time you spend in the session.

      You can use any major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Serve or Bluebird) — and you only go through processing once. After that, just identify yourself when you call and we’ll put you right through to the therapist of your choice.

      Is this private?

      All telephone sex therapy, counseling and coaching sessions are absolutely private, discreet and confidential. Though Dr. Susan Block is a public figure, she and all of her therapists are extremely scrupulous about maintaining the complete privacy of our clients.

      Your information cannot be hacked: unlike most modern companies, the Block Institute keeps no client information — personal, financial, medical or anything else — online or even on computers.

      Do I need an appointment?

      No. You’re always welcome to call, anytime 24/7, with or without an appointment, and we’ll put you through to the available therapist of your choice. If you’d like to book a particular therapist at a particular time, you can — but appointments are never necessary. Someone is always available 24/7.

      How we collect your mobile number. If you opt in to receive text messages from Dr. Susan Block Institute, we collect your mobile phone number either verbally during booking with our staff or in writing on our booking form. You provide consent to receive SMS messages at that time.

      How we use your mobile number. Your mobile number is used solely to connect you with your assigned therapist through a private relay number for two-way conversational messaging. Messages may include session reminders, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and conversational follow-ups from your therapist. Your number is not exposed to your therapist, and the therapist’s number is not exposed to you — the relay number sits in between.

      Mobile information will not be shared. We do not share, sell, or rent your mobile phone number, your SMS opt-in consent, or any information about your text-message activity to any third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Mobile information collected for SMS is used only to operate the client–therapist relay service described above.

      Opting in and opting out. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help, or START to resubscribe. Message frequency varies based on your interaction with your assigned therapist. Message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply.
